GlowScript started at the kitchen table. Robert's wife, Stormie Tuma, runs Beautiful Aesthetics — and he watched her pay $680 a month for practice management software that still felt clunky and incomplete. When they looked into adding better photo management, the provider wanted another $150 a month on top of that. That was the moment everything clicked.
Robert left his career as a Project Manager to build the platform he saw Stormie and her peers desperately needed: one that understood the unique workflows of aesthetic practices, included everything out of the box, and felt as polished as the experience their clients expect — without nickel-and-diming for basic features.
That firsthand perspective — seeing the daily frustrations, the workarounds, the missing features hidden behind upsells — is baked into every decision behind GlowScript. This isn't software built by people guessing what med spas need. It's built by someone who watched the problem up close and refused to accept it.
