How the trial works
You can try GlowScript in your own practice with a 30-day trial, card required, before your first charge. Use the trial to set up your services, build consent forms, try the schedule and explore Glow AI. If GlowScript is not right for you, cancel before your first charge. If it is, your plan continues at $299 per location per month.
Pricing for more than one location
Pricing is per location. Each location is $299 per month, with the same full feature set. There is no separate plan for larger practices.
Why one plan
GlowScript was built inside a working med spa. We know what it feels like to sign up for one price and later find the features you need sit behind another tier. With one plan, you know your cost before you start, and every new feature we ship is part of what you already pay for.
What one system replaces
Because scheduling, charting, payments, marketing and your website share one set of data, you do not need a separate website platform, booking widget, texting service or email tool connected with integrations. Each of those can carry its own monthly bill. Compare your current total against $299 per location per month to see where you land.
What you will not see on your bill
No setup fee is listed on our pricing, no per-text SMS charges and no extra fee for the BAA or for Glow AI. Your cost is the number of locations you run multiplied by $299 per month.
Help with your account
Help in GlowScript comes from Glow AI. Ask Glow how to set something up, or report anything that gets in your way during your trial, right inside the app.

Every plan includes encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication available for sign-in, role-based access, activity logging, PHI stored in AWS US regions and our published Business Associate Agreement. Security is not an upgrade.
